This Digital Product License explains how customers may use digital products purchased from RealEstateTemplates.cc. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, editing, or using any product from RealEstateTemplates.cc, you agree to follow this license.
This license applies to all digital products sold on RealEstateTemplates.cc, including Canva templates, real estate marketing templates, social media templates, flyer templates, listing templates, open house templates, sold post templates, branding templates, PDF access files, and any related digital materials.

2. Digital Product Notice
All products sold on RealEstateTemplates.cc are digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, customers may receive access through:
A download link
A Canva template link
A PDF instruction file
An order confirmation email
A customer account download area
A digital product access page
Because our products are digital, customers are responsible for reading and understanding this license before using the files or templates.
3. License Grant
When you purchase a digital product from RealEstateTemplates.cc, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business, marketing, branding, or client work.
This means you are allowed to use the template, customize it, and create finished designs for your real estate marketing needs.

4. What You Are Allowed to Do
After purchasing a product, you may:

Use the final design for property listings, open houses, sold posts, flyers, social media posts, ads, stories, banners, email marketing, and website graphics.
Download your finished design from Canva as PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4, or other available formats.
Print the final customized design for your own marketing use.
Duplicate the template inside your own Canva account for repeated use.
Reuse the template for multiple listings, campaigns, properties, or promotions.
Use the finished customized designs for client projects if you are a designer, agency, social media manager, marketing assistant, or real estate service provider.
This license is designed to help realtors, agents, brokers, agencies, and marketers use our templates easily and professionally.
5. Use for Client Work
You may use the templates to create finished designs for your clients.
For example, if you are a social media manager, marketing agency, virtual assistant, designer, or real estate marketing service provider, you may customize the templates and deliver final edited designs to your clients.
However, you may not give your clients the original editable Canva template link unless the link has been fully customized for that client and is not being resold as a template product.
You may not sell or transfer the original template as a standalone digital product.
6. What You Are Not Allowed to Do
You may not:
Resell our original templates.
Resell our Canva template links.
Sell the editable source file as your own product.
Share the original download link publicly.
Share the original Canva access link publicly.
Upload our templates to another marketplace.
Give away our templates for free.
Claim the original template design as your own.
Copy our product previews, descriptions, images, or website content.
Use our templates to create a competing template store.
Bundle our original templates into another digital product package.
Distribute the original files through email lists, Facebook groups, Telegram groups, Google Drive folders, Dropbox folders, or other sharing platforms.
Use automated tools, bots, scraping systems, or unauthorized methods to copy our website or products.
Use our products for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
You may use the final customized designs for marketing, but you may not redistribute or resell the original editable template.
7. No Resale Rights
Purchasing from RealEstateTemplates.cc does not give you resale rights.
You cannot buy our templates and resell them on your own website, Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, Shopify, WooCommerce, Canva marketplace, social media, or any other platform.
You also cannot modify our templates slightly and sell them as a new template product.
Our products are licensed for marketing use, not for template resale.
8. No Redistribution
You may not redistribute the original files, Canva links, PDF access files, download links, or source templates.
Redistribution includes sharing the product with people who did not purchase it, uploading it to public folders, sending it to groups, posting it online, or allowing others to copy the original template.
If your team needs access, the template should be used only within your own business workflow and not shared publicly or commercially as a separate product.
9. Canva Use
Many RealEstateTemplates.cc products are designed for Canva.
To edit Canva templates, you may need a Canva account. A free Canva account may be enough for many edits, but some templates may include Canva Pro elements, premium images, icons, fonts, or graphics.
If you do not have Canva Pro, you can replace premium elements with free Canva assets or upload your own photos, logos, and graphics.
RealEstateTemplates.cc is not owned by Canva, operated by Canva, endorsed by Canva, sponsored by Canva, or officially connected with Canva.
Canva has its own terms, licenses, features, and pricing. You are responsible for following Canva’s own rules when using Canva assets or exporting your final designs.
10. Third-Party Assets
Some templates may include third-party assets such as Canva elements, stock photos, icons, fonts, graphics, mockups, or placeholder images.
These third-party assets may be subject to Canva’s license terms or other third-party license rules.
You are responsible for making sure you have the correct rights to use any third-party elements in your final design, especially for commercial use, ads, printing, client work, or public marketing.
We recommend replacing placeholder photos and sample content with your own property photos, logo, brand assets, and licensed images.

Spelling and grammar
Legal disclaimers
Advertising compliance
Platform requirements
RealEstateTemplates.cc is not responsible for mistakes added by customers after editing the template.
13. Intellectual Property Ownership
All original templates, layouts, designs, graphics, product previews, product descriptions, website content, branding, and digital files created by RealEstateTemplates.cc are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The original template remains the property of RealEstateTemplates.cc.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the product according to this Digital Product License. It does not transfer copyright ownership to you.
14. Finished Design Ownership
You may use your final customized design for your own marketing or client projects.
For example, after editing a template with your own logo, photos, text, brand colors, and contact details, you may use the final exported design for social media, ads, websites, flyers, or print marketing.
However, this does not give you the right to sell the original editable template or claim the original template structure as your own digital product.
15. Team and Business Use
You may use the purchased templates within your own business or team.
For example, a realtor, agency, brokerage, marketing assistant, or social media manager may use the template internally to create marketing materials.
However, the template may not be shared publicly, resold, redistributed, or made available to people outside your authorized business or client workflow.
16. License Violations
If we believe this license has been violated, we may take action, including:
Removing access to the product
Cancelling future support
Refusing future purchases
Reporting copyright infringement
Filing takedown requests
Submitting evidence to payment providers
Taking legal action when appropriate
Examples of license violations include reselling templates, sharing Canva links publicly, uploading our products to marketplaces, or using our products to create a competing template business.
17. Refunds and License Access
RealEstateTemplates.cc offers a 30-day refund window for eligible purchases according to our Refund Policy.
If a refund is issued, your license to use the product may end. After receiving a refund, you may be required to stop using the template, remove downloaded files, delete Canva copies, and stop using the product in future projects.
Refunds do not give customers the right to keep using refunded digital products.
18. Product Updates
We may update, improve, replace, or modify our products from time to time.
A purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates unless this is clearly stated on the product page.
If a product is updated after your purchase, you may not automatically receive the updated version unless we choose to provide it or the product page promises updates.
19. No Warranty
Our templates are provided as digital design tools.
We do our best to create high-quality, useful, and professional templates, but we do not guarantee that the templates will meet every customer’s specific needs, work for every campaign, or produce specific business results.
We do not guarantee leads, sales, listing appointments, property inquiries, social media growth, ad approvals, or revenue from using our templates.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateTemplates.cc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our digital products.

Business losses
Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
21. Termination of License
We may terminate your license if you violate this Digital Product License, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
If your license is terminated, you must stop using the product, delete any original files, stop sharing access, and stop using the original editable template.
Termination does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
