No physical product is shipped.

A refund may be considered if the Canva access link is broken, the template cannot be accessed, or the product cannot be delivered correctly from our side.

8. Canva Pro Elements
Some templates may include Canva Pro elements, premium fonts, icons, graphics, or images.
If you do not have Canva Pro, you can usually replace premium elements with free Canva assets or upload your own photos, logos, icons, and graphics.
Not having Canva Pro does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the product page clearly promised that all elements were free and that information was incorrect.
9. Refunds That May Not Be Approved
Refunds may not be approved in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Refunds may be refused if:

10. How Refunds Are Processed
